Mary Coss’s public art experience encompasses a wide range of commissioned installations and written community art plans. Her art plans have been successfully instituted in several places, including the King County Housing Authority community of Greenbridge. Several artists have designed artwork for the site using the art plan as a framework for inspiration. She is currently collaborating with other artists to bring the Rainier Vista Art Plan, “A Circle of Life”, to fruition. Mary’s public sculpture ranges from design team collaborations working with architects, engineers, and community stakeholders, to site designed integrated sculpture and temporary installations.
